Meet the artist…

Hi!  I’m Jade, a life long lover of art and pets alike.  In 2023, I decided to combine those two passions into a business.  I focus almost exclusively on pet portrait commissions but when I have time, I try to squeeze in human portraits, landscapes and my most recent obsession, florals.  Art has been a constant in my life since I was a young child and I can’t imagine not doing it so I consider myself incredibly lucky to have turned my passion into a career.  

I cherish getting to know each client and hear about the love they have for their pets. I try to capture the expression and hopefully even a little of each pet’s personality as well. So don’t be shy about sharing stories—I love to hear them! I pour many hours into every painting and truly feel a connection to each one by the time I sign my name.

I have three pets of my own: two dogs, Josie and Jagger, and one cat, Stella. Many have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge, so I understand the special bond and the grief that follows when we lose them. I feel honored when I’m entrusted with the duty of memorializing your beloved pet.

I currently reside in Randleman, NC. Born and raised in Randolph County, part of the Piedmont triad, where we proudly proclaim our close proximity to the coast AND the mountains IYKYK. I’m a mountain gal myself and head up for a hike with my husband, Derek at every opportunity. We have two daughters, Sadie and Adaline who keep me quite busy when I’m not painting. Sadie is an aspiring artist herself and Adaline hopes to be a doggy daycare owner one day so it seems the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.
